Our Children’s Ministry Program Year is About to Begin!
As we approach the new ministry season, we’re excited to share some important information about our Children’s Ministry programs here at Church of the Servant. Whether you’re a seasoned member or a new family, this is your chance to get involved and help your children grow in faith and community!
Register Your Child(ren) & Student(s) for the 2024-2025 Ministry Season!
We’re thrilled to kick off the new ministry season, and we need your help to ensure we’re fully prepared! To get started, please register your child(ren) under 18 using this registration link. Not a fan of online forms? No worries—you can pick up a paper copy at the church café or the children’s check-in station.
As a special incentive, families who register by August 25 will have their names entered twice into a prize drawing for a family basket—one for the All Nations Worship Service and another for the Tree of Life Worship Service!
We’ve simplified this year’s registration process to make it as quick and easy as possible. Just fill out one form for your first child, and for each additional child, you’ll only need to complete their specific information. Members of our registration team will be available in the café and at the All Nations Worship Service to assist you with any questions over the next two weeks.
New Season of Little Lambs & Children’s Worship Begins August 25!
This Sunday, August 25, marks the start of a new season for our Little Lambs (ages 2.5-3 years-old) and Children’s Worship programs. We’ll be advancing children to their new age or grade levels as we continue to offer these ministries year-round.
If your child is new to Little Lambs, please stop by the children’s welcome station on your way into church on August 25. Jo Howe will be there to help you check in your child, print their nametag, and ensure they’re all set for their time in Little Lambs. You might want to arrive a few minutes early to walk with your child to their new room and help them feel comfortable.
For many children, transitioning into a new space can be challenging, so feel free to accompany your child to the children’s wing, sing with them, and help them settle in. With time, they’ll get used to the routine and look forward to their time in Little Lambs!
Wondering About Wednesday Night Clubs, Sunday School, and Other Programs?
We know you might have questions about our other faith formation programs, such as Wednesday Night Hype, Sunday School, and more. That’s why we’re hosting Tables and Tours this Sunday, August 25! Stop by to learn about all the exciting opportunities available for your children and students. Plus, your child can pick up a Little Lambs sticker and explore the options with you!
Volunteering
Our volunteers are key to making these programs a success, and we’re always looking for more faith-filled individuals to join us. From teens to adults, there are opportunities for everyone to serve, whether as a lead teacher, a storyteller, or an assistant. Volunteering is a fantastic way to deepen your connection to the community and help shape the faith journey of our young ones.
If you’re interested in volunteering, you can talk to any of our team members this Sunday. We provide training, support, and the joy of witnessing the spiritual growth of our children.
Please note: all volunteers working with children under 18 are required to complete a background check.
