COS offers a Children’s Communion Class for children who wish to participate in the Lord’s Supper. Parents may notice signs of desire, interest, or readiness in their children to attend this age-appropriate class about the meaning of communion and the commitment of participation. At a later date, in the context of a worship service, those children will give voice to their faith and then be invited to eat the bread and drink the wine of Holy Communion. The class will be held this Sunday, October 29 in the COS living room at 11:45. (A parent should attend with their child.) Please let the office know if you plan to attend. office@coscrc.org
