Spectrum Health will again provide a Flu clinic at COS on Sunday 10/17 starting at 11:30am.
Individuals can use the following insurance plans to pay for their immunization. Insurance cards must be provided at the time of service. Insurances accepted:

The flu shot clinic will take place in the COS office workroom following the morning worship services.
